Bookings and Deposit:
The cost of our apartment rental includes electricity, fresh tap water, central heating and cleaning. Many apartments have a phone in them where local calls can be made for free and which can also receive incoming local and international calls.
Bookings and Payment of Apartment Rental : We require 2 night prepayment as a deposit. The balance is payable on arrival at the apartment in cash, of a currency which is recognised and accepted in Ukraine.
Bookings and Payments of Tours : We require 1 night prepayment and your airport transfer fees as a deposit. The balance is payable on arrival at the apartment in cash, of a currency which is recognised and accepted in Ukraine.
Deposits are not refundable in the event of cancelation for whatever reason.

Breakages:
Should any item of furniture or appliance be broken, lost or damaged by yourself or your associates during your occupancy of the apartment or any damage is caused to the structure of the apartment or building, then you will be liable for its replacement cost / repair cost prior to vacating the premises.
